WE ARE RECRUITING FOR

EUROPEAN MOBILIZATION DIRECTOR

The vision for Revive is to ‘’see a global revival in this student generation.’ We are looking for someone who has sensed a calling to see a fresh move of God in this student generation in Europe. Their goal is to develop and implement a Mobilization strategy, aiming to have around 3000+ participants at Revive 2024. This person will form and lead a team of National Mobilizers teams and head up the recruitment front in various aspects.
 

PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS
 

The Revive Mobilization Director oversees the Mobilization team, formed of National Mobilizers and volunteers. This person will be part of the Revive Leadership team, and report to the Revive Director.
 

POSITION DESCRIPTION
 

Relating to the Mobilization team
 

The Mobilization Coordinator will: 
 

1.1  Develop a vision for Mobilizing students across Europe to come to Revive and leading the implementation.

1.2  Head up all recruitment efforts, leading teams of National Mobilizers, strategizing with them how to maximize mobilization in their country. 

1.3 Connect with leaders of the different organizations giving vision for revival and mobilizing them for Revive.

1.4 Work alongside Revive Communications in the social media, videos and emails strategy. 

1.5  Liase and support Revive partners (IFES/YWAM/Steiger/24/7Prayer/Campus/SFC, European Evangelical Alliance/Lausanne) by providing resources, encouragement and training on how to best bring participants to the conference. 
 

1.6  Be a liason with the partners, giving vision for revival and recruiting people who are share the vision

1.7 Work alongside Communications and social media team to develop and implement social media campaign among students. 
 

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
 

Character and Devotion:

  1. Strong sense of calling to see God a move of God in the student generation in Europe.

  2. Have a genuine, lively walk with God. 

  3. Have a rich life of prayer and consecration before God
     

The Revive Mobilization Director will:

​

  1. Show significant leadership, pastoral, and organizational gifts, with already considerate leadership experience 

  2. Be a big picture thinker with a high capacity to achieve results and strong commitment to excellence.

  3. Have a proven record of strong mobilization of groups in a nation or a region. 

  4. Have a strong commitment to hard work towards achieving goals.

  5. Be able to motivate big groups of people.

  6. Be a great networker within different organizations in Europe.

  7. Have a proven record of being resourceful, able to overcome challenges, solve problems and maintain effective behavior in the face of setbacks.

  8. Have strong communication skills both orally and in writing.

  9. Be a person who takes initiative, thinks creatively and works effectively with little supervision.

  10. Be able to handle pressure and deadlines, work flexible hours as required, and travel on work-related matter.

  11. Be a strong team player, motivated and able to work in an international team environment, willing to use his/her gifts to build up and help others, eager to learn and serve others.

  12. Be able to work and relate well with people of other cultures and nationalities.

  13. Encourage and engage in prayer personally and mobilize others to prayer 
     

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
 

1.1 Has worked on regional or national level

1.2 Preferably has cross cultural experiences

1.3 Preferably studied Business, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Engineering (not requirement)

1.4 Preferably has been involved with Revive in the last years. 

TIME COMMITMENT

This is about 30% time commitment from March until December 2024 (with possibility of continuing in the Revive Movement after the conference). The time commitment is open for conversation also depending on the situation.
 

PAYMENT
 

This person will be either seconded from their organization or has potential to be a paid position.
